YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD TO ATTEND – NO EXCEPTIONS.

Your tickets will NOT be mailed to you. You should bring a printed copy of the email confirmation that you received when you placed your order OR have a digital copy of your ticket from your email on your phone. You MUST HAVE A VALID ID AND BE OF LEGAL DRINKING AGE (21 OR OLDER) TO ATTEND THE EVENT. ALL TICKETS INCLUDE beer samples throughout the entirety of the event for which your ticket purchase covers.

PLEASE DRINK RESPONSIBLY!

Tickets at the door are NOT GUARANTEED. Please pre-purchase your ticket to ensure entry into the event.

You will see a line at the event entrance. Don’t let it scare you. It moves quickly. Why a line at all? It is our policy to check the identification of all who enter the festival to ensure they are of proper drinking age. To help the line move quickly, please have your ID ready—either a state-issued ID or a passport. If your ticket is on your phone, please turn the screen brightness all the way up, so it is easier for us to scan the ticket.

The event is handicap accessible.  We will also have a limited amount of handicap parking spaces near the entrance and are available on a first-come, first-served basis to guests with state-issued disabled parking placard or license plates.

One ticket per attendee is required. Ticket holder must be at least 21 years old with proper ID.

Last Call will be 30 minutes before the ending time of each ticketed session. Last Pour will be 15 minutes before the ending time of the event. That means absolutely NO beer is poured after Last Pour. Security will do a sweep at the ending time of the event, ushering everyone out of the event grounds.

No. Parking is included for free on the grounds.

Yes. The Mason Jar BBQ & Catering Concessions will be open, and a limited number of vendors will have limited food offerings. Water will be free

Purchase Protection is offered when you buy your ticket. Refunds are issued by the Purchase Protection agency, NOT the event. You must determine whether you want the protection at the time of purchase. The WV BeerFest will not issue refunds from ticket sales. To request a refund, Purchase Protection requires documented proof to be provided, of which the ticket buyer will have to provide to them directly, not the WV BeerFest.

Animals are not allowed on the festival site except for ADA recognized service animals while performing their qualifying services. Service animals are working animals, NOT pets. Emotional Support Animals or Companion Animals are not considered service animals under the ADA. We reserve the right to ask you to confirm that your animal is a service animal and ask what specific duties it performs. If you refuse to respond or choose not to communicate that information, we reserve the right to deny entry to your service animal.

The following items are prohibited from the festival grounds: outside food & beverages, coolers, illegal drugs, weapons or objects that could be used as weapons, bikes, roller skates, skateboards, or other carry-ins as determined by event management.

For the April 20 event, this will be an indoor event. The event is located at the 50,000+ sq ft Hazel & J.W. Ruby Community Center at Mylan Park. This is a rain, snow, or pouring – (see what we did there?) – event.

All tickets include admission to event grounds, 1 commemorative tasting cup, games area, free photo booth, and access to entertainment. Other attractions and additional food/beverage must be purchased separately.

We use plastic for safety reasons.

Yes. Be prepared for beers to run out toward the end of the session. Why? For a variety of reasons! Some beers appeal to the sampling appetites of many, and therefore sell faster. So there is a good chance that the beer “everyone is talking about” will probably run out earlier in the session. If you are coming to taste specific beers, we recommend you come earlier in the session. The beer is ordered and provided so that the most number of people can try them.

No outside food or drinks will be allowed into the festival. Vendors will have limited food and drinks available for sampling and purchase, and the Mason Jar BBQ & Catering will have a full menu of offerings.

Yes, there will be ATM’s available in the entrance lobby, but should not be considered a reliable source of funds.
